Your business office gets the invoice. Each teacher gets an email with their own login.
$297 per teacher, per year.
One price for every teacher. Your total is the number of teachers times $297. Purchase orders are for yearly licenses only.

Questions business offices ask
Can we pay for the monthly or quarterly plan with a purchase order?
No. Purchase orders are for yearly licenses only. The monthly and quarterly plans are paid by card on the join page.
Do you need the teachers' names to send a quote?
No. For the quote we only need your school and the number of teachers. The names and email addresses come later, with your purchase order.
When are the accounts set up?
As soon as we have your approved purchase order and your teacher list. Each teacher gets an email with their own login.
How do we pay the invoice?
By check, made out to Alessandra Timmins.
Can we add a teacher during the year?
Yes, anytime, at the same $297 per teacher. The added license ends one year from your initial purchase date, with the rest of your licenses.
What happens when our year ends?
Access ends one full year from the initial purchase date. To renew for the following year, send a new purchase order.
Can we get a W-9?
Yes. Reply to your quote email and ask, and we will send it.
Do you take purchase orders from schools outside the United States?
No. Purchase orders are for schools and districts in the United States.
